Alcachofina artichokes grow up on the fertile lands of Llano de Zafarraya, Granada’s province, enjoying the privilege of growing up in the open air and being irrigated by the water from the natural aquifer that are located in the subsoil of this region.

Alcachofina artichokes are put before a rigorous system of traceability, so that we obtain a whole record of the product. This is achieved thanks to a continuous control system of the farmer. The target of all this complex process is to be able to obtain the information of the food quickly, along all of the food chain.

In Hortoventas-Tres Marías we provide four kinds of ALCACHOFINA artichokes, according to the size.

Our artichokes named after the Brand ALCACHOFINA are available during the warmest months of the year, beginning to be harvested at the middle of April and finishing the campaing before the end of the month of September.
