Care and storage of the artichokes at home, before cooking them.
Cleaningless and storage of raw artichokes:
Keeping artichokes will be very easy as well. In the fridge, they can be kept until for a week, inside of a well closed plastic bag.
If the stem is long, you can leave them in water, as well inside the fridge.
A trick to keep them better is to add some squeezed lemon.
Storage for boiled artichokes. If we choose to keep our artichokes once they are boiled, we must cool them completely before putting them inside the fridge, and do it inside a closed recipient.
With this method, the conservation time will be similar to the previous, from 5 to 7 days.
